Another different 4 Month story

Here, I decided to share some of my own progress photos.

While I was building the Your Fitness gym, I did not work out at all. In fact, I ate like complete garbage and drank probably far too much beer. After 4 months, I looked like a mess compared to how I looked before construction. But, I picked my training back up, and after only 2 months I was back to something respectable as a trainer and gym owner.
